Believe it or not, Sol is the prince of The Northern Territory from The Northern Herd
 And here we have his dam, Salida del Sol, grazing on top of a mountain where Sol is prancing proudly to see his sire's territory. I just wanted to draw Sol & his dam and now I need to draw Sol with his sire  This is for ~LeadStallion  I am not lying, this took me 4 hours JUST on the coloring  Plus one 1 and a half hour for the sketch and lineart. But it was all worth it in the end  I hope you like it. I was going to make this digital but then I changed my mind. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
